
Dr. Rebecca Lutte .
Dr. Rebecca Lutte is a Part-Time Distance Education Faculty member for the UNOAI. She instructs in several undergraduate and graduate courses including Human Factors and Aviation Safety. Dr. Lutte received her Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Doctorate in Public Administration with an Aviation Minor from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a former airline pilot whose FAA certifications include Commercial Pilot, Multi and Single Engine; Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument and Multi-Engine; and Advanced Instrument - Ground Instructor. She has authored articles and has made professional presentations on numerous aviation topics. Dr. Lutte is an active member of the University Aviation Association and Women in Aviation. Her research interests are in the areas of aviation safety and policy.
